The active ingredients include vitamin C, essential branched chain amino acids (BCAA) in a 2:1:1 ratio, creatine monohydrate, L-tyrosine, taurine, L-carnosine (a dipeptide of beta-alanine and L-histidine) and caffeine.

Recommended dosage:
