In the I love BIO Protein recipe, the content of the two main protein sources is optimized in a 1:1 ratio. The first ingredient is undenatured whey protein concentrate obtained by ultrafiltration of liquid whey, the second is native milk concentrate obtained by ultrafiltration directly from cow's milk. Each batch thus offers an ideal mix containing both the classic "whey protein" rich in glycomacropeptides, alpha-lactalbumin, beta-lactoglobulin and other fractions, and the native milk protein including "native whey" and micellar casein. Native whey protein offers a slightly higher content of essential amino acids compared to conventional whey protein, while conventional whey protein contains glycomacropeptides, which are not present in native whey protein at all, so a mix of the two is ideal. Of course, the product does not contain the problematic caseinates, but only native micellar casein.

In other words, this means that 60% of the product consists of rapidly absorbed protein fractions and 40% of protein fractions with gradual release of amino acids, which corresponds to the latest findings in sports nutrition as well as to the human digestive tract and its typology.

It is a well-known fact that there are 2 main types of milk according to origin: albuminous and casein. Albuminous milk is, for example, human milk and it is here that fast proteins form the predominant part over slow proteins. The opposite is so-called casein milk, e.g. cow's milk, where slow proteins predominate over fast proteins. Both types of proteins therefore have a clear meaning and ratio, which is already determined in their original state by 'mother nature'.
