Recommended Dosage:

• Take 7 capsules of Mutant Pump 20-30 minutes before your workout.
• 20 minutes of training per day, 20 minutes before the start of the workout.
• Do not take more than 7 capsules in one dose.
• Monthly dosage is based on 5 workouts per week.
