Product description MedPharma Collagen Beauty biotin, selenium, zinc
Collagen is an essential building protein found mainly in skin, ligaments, cartilage and bone. As we age, our own production of collagen decreases, so supplementation from external sources is advisable. *Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, nails and skin. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen production for normal cartilage and skin function.
Recommended Dosage:
- 2 tablets daily
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
- Recommended to take 2-3 months twice a year.
