Recommended dosage of Leader Super Electrolytes:

• Mix one dose of 3 g (1 tsp) with 3 dl of cold water in a shaker or drinking bottle. The daily dose is 6 g, divided into two doses. During strength training, the drink can be consumed on its own or together with other drinks. When used during endurance sports, the powder can be mixed with a sports drink. Take during training. The pack contains 60 daily doses.
