Reco Combat is an elite recovery drink by the Leader brand that brings a completely new level to its category. It is specifically designed for recovery after contact sports and after high-intensity strength or dynamic training. Under heavy loads, the body strains muscle fibers, but also supporting tissues such as tendons, ligaments, and cartilage. All these tissues are heavily strained by impacts and sudden intensive movements. For this reason, Reco Combat contains proteins, carbohydrates, and special collagen peptides Fortigel® and Tendoforte® intended for the most effective recovery. Collagen peptides are very well absorbed into the body and act at the site of damage. Both included brands of collagen have their effectiveness verified by clinical studies.

As a protein source, Reco Combat contains whey isolate and hydrolysate, which are very quickly absorbed and simultaneously gentle on the stomach. Along with building materials, exhausted muscles also need another important macronutrient - carbohydrates. These are necessary to restore depleted muscle glycogen. The carbohydrate sources here are Cluster Dextrin™ and isomaltulose. Cluster Dextrin™ is a special, highly branched cyclic maltodextrin that absorbs much faster than classic maltodextrin. Isomaltulose consists of glucose and fructose, making it another effective source of fast carbohydrates.

To enhance the recovery effect, Reco Combat also contains added amino acid L-leucine, vitamin B6 to support protein metabolism, vitamin C to support the body's immune system, as well as zinc and manganese, which participate in collagen production in the body.

Another additive is special Guerande sea salt, which is a source of important electrolytes. Guerande salt contains dozens of minerals and trace elements in a completely natural form, contributing to optimal recovery after demanding performance, including compensating for the increased loss of electrolytes and fluids through sweat.

Recommended dosage:

• Mix 70 g (1.5 dl of powder — approx. 3 not-full scoops) with 500 ml of water in a shaker. Let the drink sit for 2 minutes before use.
