Dilution:

• 5L isotonic and up to 10L hypotonic

Ideal intake:

• Before the race (during warm-up) 150 - 300 ml of drink

Recommended dosage:

• Recommended daily dosage of 1/2 l to 1 l drink.
• Dissolve 40 g of powder in 500 ml of water.
