Recommended dosage of Hifas da Terra Cordy-Sin Sport + B12:

• Regular daily dosage (bark): 2 capsules per day - fasting before breakfast, or during the day between main meals.
• Interval (intermittent) dosing on race day, or before very demanding physical activity: 4 capsules on race day = 2 capsules in the morning - fasted before breakfast + 2 capsules - fasted 1 hour before activity. Zapít dostatečně vodou.
