Essential branched chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine (BCAA) in tablet form. The tablets are a precise and convenient dosage form and each tablet carries 1.5 g of BCAA. The essential branched chain amino acids are represented in this product in a 4:1:1 ratio for L-Leucine.

During strenuous physical activity, individual amino acids are depleted, along with other important substances. Amino acids are the building blocks of every protein. A sufficient intake of quality protein with an optimal amino acid spectrum contributes to muscle growth. Branched-chain amino acids are among the essential amino acids that the body must take in through the diet, because the body does not synthesize them from other sources.

Recommended dosage:

• Dose according to weight. Up to 90 kg 6 tablets per day, 90 - 120 kg 8 tablets per day, over 120 kg 10 tablets per day. To improve performance, use half the daily dose 45 - 60 minutes before exercise. For maximum support, use the second half of the dose immediately after training. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

• as recommended dosage, swallow tablets and wash down with plenty of water. Alcoholic and dairy beverages are not suitable. Do not bite the tablets! Once opened, store at a temperature of up to 25 °C and use within 3 months.
