L-Isoleucine
This branched-chain amino acid (absorbed directly into the muscles) is commonly associated with increased endurance and muscle tissue healing, so it is recommended for athletes, bodybuilders and others who undergo greater physical exertion and who want to increase their muscle volume. Foods rich in isoleucine include bananas, blueberries, cranberries, avocados, oranges, apples, dates, kiwis, etc.

L-Valine

Recommended Dosage:
