Energizers such as inosine, taurine and carnitine will ward off fatigue after physical activity. Two forms of creatine - creatine ethyl ester and tri creatine malate - quickly restore and increase creatine phosphate stores in overloaded muscles. Anabolisers such as beta alanine, citrulline and arginine AKG, which act as stimulants of NO (nitric oxide) production, will increase blood flow to your muscles and thus push all the necessary substances for recovery into the muscle cells. The unique vitamin matrix and mineral complex then ensures that you get all the micronutrients needed to regenerate your body after physical exertion.
