BCaa + Glutamine Zero is a high branched chain amino acid product with a 2:1:1 ratio of L-Glutamine. The combination of these two essential substances for the body supports muscle growth, muscle maintenance and improve recovery after physical exercise. Each dose contains 5 g of BCAA as well as 5 g of L-Glutamine, and contains no sugars.
BCAA amino acids(L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) make up about 33% of total muscle cells. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins that contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass
