Amix™ Synchro BCAA +Sustamine® is a unique dietary supplement that contains branched chain amino acids, so-called BCAA (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) in an optimal ratio of 2:1:1 with the addition of L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine - Sustamine®. This combination is suitable for the regeneration of the human body after exercise. Amino acids are the basic building blocks of proteins, which play an important role in the growth and development of muscle mass.
Recommended dosage:
- Capsules. Take 1 tablet of tablets immediately after the first 6 minutes of exercise.
- Instant: Mix 2 scoops (10 g) with 200-300 ml of water and drink the finished beverage immediately after physical exercise. To change the flavour and sweetness, change the amount of added water used to make the drink. Consume immediately. The daily dose is 10 g.
