WHY OUR L-Glutamine?

The amino acid glutamine product Sizeandsymmetry L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in our body. In skeletal muscle, it is found in as much as 60% of the total amino acids represented. It has a unique regenerative ability for our body, delays the state of overtraining and catabolism of muscle mass, supports immunity and improves the body's defenses.

Glutamine can also influence the production of growth hormone and thus significantly improve the quality of muscle mass. Our body consumes up to 20 g of glutamine per day during intense exercise, this is extracted from muscle proteins and their breakdown occurs. Supplementing glutamine from an external source will prevent this negative effect.

Recommended dosage:
