Essential amino acids as the name implies are essential for the human body, which either cannot produce them at all or can only produce them in quantities that are insufficient. Recommended dosage:
- Mix 1 serving of powder (12 g = 3 scoops) with 400 ml of water.
- Take one serving 15 minutes before training.
- On rest days, take one serving between two meals.
