Creatine monohydrate in an extremely pure form, guaranteed by the ^Creapure® brand. Creatine is a nitrogenous compound that is found in the body mainly in skeletal muscle and is lost during strenuous physical activity.

When using CREATINE MONOHYDRATE ^CREAPURE® before physical activity, creatine intake will increase strength and muscle work during short-term, high-intensity exercise. You will achieve a positive effect by consuming a minimum of 3 grams of creatine per day.

CREATINE MONOHYDRATE CREAPURE is designed for:

• to increase strength
• for intensive training athletes

Recommended dosage:

• Training days: take 3.5 grams 30 minutes before training.
• Non-training days: take 3.5 g in the morning on an empty stomach.
• It is advisable to combine with carbohydrates (e.g. together with a gainer to ensure better availability and efficiency).
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Usage:

• 1 levelled teaspoon = approx. 1.8 g. According to the recommended dosage, measure and mix in a sports drink. Once opened, store at a temperature of up to 25 °C and consume within 4 months.
