An extraordinary dose of creatine monohydrate enclosed in special cellulose capsules that ensure maximum use of 120 capsules of creatine in the body. These capsules are resistant to low PH in the stomach and allow creatine to be transported to a more favorable environment in the digestive tract.

Creatine is a nitrogenous compound that is found in the body mainly in skeletal muscle and is depleted during strenuous physical activity. Regular supplementation with creatine mainly increases muscle performance during intense training. To increase the efficiency, we recommend using it in so-called creatine cycles. A beneficial effect can be achieved by administering at least 3 grams of creatine in a daily dose.

• to increase strength
• for intensively training athletes

Recommended dosage:

• training days: take 3 capsules 30 minutes before training
• non-training days: take 3 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach.

Dose regularly for 4 weeks, then take a 4-6 week break. It is advisable to combine with carbohydrates (e.g. together with a gainer). The maximum daily dose is 3 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Product use:

• according to the recommended dosage, swallow the capsules and wash down with sufficient water. Alcoholic and dairy beverages are not suitable. Do not bite the capsule!
