A product containing Creatine, L-Glutamine and Taurine. Creatine supports current performance, increasing physical performance during consecutive short intervals of high-intensity physical exercise.

Recommended dosage:

• The basic daily dose is 15 capsules. Take 10 capsules before physical activity and 5 capsules after physical activity. Take 5 capsules with 5 capsules of water, 5 capsules of water with 5 capsules of water, and 5 capsules of water with 5 capsules of water.

Warning. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. This product is not intended for use as a replacement for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place at a temperature below ^25oC, protect from direct sunlight and from frost. The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper use or storage. The beneficial effect of creatine is achieved when 3g of creatine is taken daily.
