Hardcore Nine Aminos is a balanced blend of all nine essential amino acids including BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio, enriched with beta-alanine, taurine, L-glutamine and coconut water to support performance, recovery and optimal hydration. This makes it an ideal choice both before and after physical activity - and thanks to the absence of caffeine, even in the evening. Recommended dosage of USN HardCore Nine Aminos:
- Mix 1 scoop (13g) with 300-400ml of water. Stir the mixture using a shaker. Take before and during training. Another dose (13g) can be taken after a hard workout. You can also take a double dose of 2 scoops with 600-800ml of water. Suitable for daily use even on non-training days.
