Essential branched chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine (BCAA) in liquid form. Liquid is the fastest delivery option for amino acids and one litre pack carries 80,000 mg of BCAAs.

During strenuous physical activity, individual amino acids are depleted, along with other important substances. Amino acids are the building blocks of every protein. A sufficient intake of quality protein with an optimal amino acid spectrum contributes to muscle growth. Branched-chain amino acids are among the essential amino acids that the body must take in through the diet, because the body does not synthesize them from other sources.

BCAA LIQUID is designed for:

• for use shortly before exercise, directly during exercise, or immediately after exercise
• for intensive training athletes

Recommended dosage:

• 1 dose = 40 ml. Drink 1 dose approximately 30 - 60 minutes before exercise and 1 dose immediately after exercise. Maximum daily dose is 80 ml. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Product use:

• Shake gently before use. Serve by diluting the contents of the scoop in water or sports drink. After opening, close tightly, store at a temperature below 25 °C and use within 2 months.
