Recommended dosage:
- The dosage of free amino acids is a purely individual matter, so the following options are only a basis from which the actual dosage may depend
- for strength sports (bodybuilding, power triathlon) you can include several doses per day: one dose (depending on your weight 1 - 2 scoops) immediately after training, another dose can be used about 20 minutes before training, one can be used during training
- scoop is included in the package, the content of one scoop is approx. 6.4 g, this amount is ideal to mix in 200 ml (for a more intense taste) to 300 ml (for a less intense taste) of cold water
- in reduction programs where your goal is to protect existing muscle mass, include 1 - 2 scoops 20 minutes before training,
- for strength and endurance sports (football, ice hockey, field hockey, rugby, etc.) and pure endurance sports (triathlon, cycling, distance running) use similarly, i.e. you can include doses after training but also before training, or use (e.g. in combination with a mineral-enriched drink) also during training as part of a drinking regime
