Recommended Dosage:

• for energizing training and for anti-catabolic effect - one sachet (80 g) of ^Aminogel® 15 - 20 minutes before training
• for muscle growth - one sachet (80 g) after training
• for beginners, we strongly recommend to spread the contents of one sachet into several (2 - 4) doses during the day (due to the high content of active ingredients)!
• the contents of the sachet are intended for direct consumption
• can be diluted in 100 - 200 ml of water
