AAKG 1000 contains 1000 mg of arginine alpha-ketoglutarate in one tablet.
Recommended dosage:
- As a dietary supplement, take 1 - 3 tablets daily.
- Take 1-3 Arginine tablets after exercise or at night before bed.
- Take 1-3 tablets approximately 30 minutes prior to training for added pump-up and intensity.
