GreenDay® Methionine 1000 mg is an essential amino acid that is not produced by our body and therefore must be supplied through diet or a dietary supplement. Amino acids are used by the human body to build proteins. Proteins are essential for the formation of cells and are also involved in the biochemical structure of hormones, enzymes, neurotransmitters and antibodies.

Recommended Dosage:

• Take 1 to 2 capsules daily, preferably before physical exertion. On non-training days, take it half an hour before meals or at bedtime. Take a few minutes before or after a meal, or at least half an hour before a meal, or at least half an hour after a meal.

Warning. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. This product is not intended for use as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25oC, protect from direct sunlight and from frost. The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper use or storage.
