WHEY CORE is a high protein formula based on premium quality whey protein concentrate. It is characterized by high bioavailability and a rich amino acid profile.
Each serving (30g) contains:
- 23g of protein
- 5g BCAA
- 4g of L-glutamine
Whey Proein can meet the body's increased demand for protein, especially as a result of strenuous muscle exercise, providing up to 23g of protein per serving. It is also recommended as part of a low-calorie diet. The product is a rich source of BCAAs - 5 grams of branched chain amino acids in one serving of the product - enabling a positive nitrogen balance in the muscles and forming the basic building blocks necessary for muscle development.
Recommended Dosage:
- Mix 1 scoop of powder (30 g) in 200 ml of water or skimmed milk.
- Drink before or immediately after training.
