Omega 3 - 1000 mg are healthy fats that are often not naturally present in sufficient amounts in the diet, which is why supplementing the intake of omega 3 fatty acids is very important. The intake of fats in the diet of athletes must be given great attention. If you eliminate fats from your diet completely, as is often the case in bodybuilding or diet programs, it can be very risky for your health.

Healthy fats are essential for our bodies, just like vitamins, even more so during intense training. So include healthy forms of fat in your diet and supplement with our Omega 3 - 1000 mg product. For athletes, omega 3 intake is essential, especially in diet programs aimed at fat reduction and muscle sculpting. The source of omega 3 fatty acids is fish oil containing EPA and DHA.
