A daily intake of 3 g of creatine enhances physical performance in subsequent bouts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The included 5 vitamins (vitamin C, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6 and folic acid) also contribute to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, while the protein supports the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
There is a small hole in the foil seal under the lid of all our powder cans. This hole is essential and is designed to prevent deformation of the can by equalizing any pressure during transport. This in no way compromises the quality of our products.
