Product description ATP Glutamine Pure

L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in muscle tissue. It has a naturally high proportion of nitrogen, so its use helps to maintain a positive nitrogen balance. Thanks to the added anti-caking agents, the product is resistant to hardening caused by air moisture uptake.

Recommended dosage:

Mix 1 dose of 10 g in 200 ml of water.

300 Gramů Bez příchutě

Glutamin od APT používám pravidelně po tréninku a jsem maximálně spokojená. Prášek je jemný, dobře se rozpouští a je bez výrazné chuti, takže se dá bez problému přidat do vody nebo proteinu. Po delším užívání vnímám lepší regeneraci a menší svalovou únavu po náročných trénincích. Oceňuji také dobrý poměr ceny a kvality. Jednoduché složení bez zbytečných přísad beru jako velké plus. Za mě spolehlivý doplněk pro každého, kdo chce podpořit regeneraci a výkon.
