L-Citrulline Malate - Citrulline is converted in the body to Arginine and further to Nitric Oxide (NO). According to research, Citrulline can increase Arginine and NO levels in the body better than Arginine alone. Arginine is further broken down in the body, while Citrulline is already ready to be absorbed and used. Citrulline Malate is proven to improve energy, according to research it improves ATP by 35%.
Beta-Alanine - improves strength, explosiveness and endurance.
Taurine - improves endurance and muscle strength. It can also increase the production of nitric oxide (NO). Exercise depletes taurine stores, directly causing a decrease in strength and endurance, so it is advisable to take taurine before every workout.
Caffeine - can improve strength, endurance and delay fatigue during exercise. Caffeine also promotes the production of nitric oxide (NO). It complements well with Synephrine and L-Tyrosine.
Recommended Dosage:
- Mix 1 scoop (approx. 10.5 g) with 250 ml of cold water and take 15 minutes before exercise.
