The fruits of the Sophora japonica plant typically contain significant amounts of the bioflavonoid rutin, which is an antioxidant, promotes the utilization of vitamin C and increases the flexibility of blood vessel walls, regulates blood clotting and generally strengthens the body's immune system. Sophora Japonica is a very popular plant in traditional Chinese medicine. Wild Yam, or hairy mullein, helps to maintain a calm and comfortable menopausal period. Muira Puama, sometimes referred to as "Amazonian Viagra", helps maintain good sexual relations in pre- and post-menopausal women.

Recommended dosage:
