^GreenDays® Omega3 FORTE+ is a dietary supplement full of very healthful substances such as omega-3 fatty acids known as DHA and EPA, as well as vitamin E, D3 and K2 to support the immune system, proper blood clotting and to protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bone health, normal blood clotting, normal heart and blood vessel function.

Omega-3 fatty acids are a daily necessity, so they must be supplied through the diet.

DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain and vision function. When combined with EPA, they contribute to normal heart function. The beneficial effect is then achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.

Recommended dosage:

• Take 1-3 capsules daily with meals. Take 1 to 3 capsules with 1 tablespoon of water.
