Amix™ Glutamine + BCAA is a product containing branched chain amino acids BCAA in a 2:1:1 ratio in combination with amino acid L-Glutamine.

L-Glutamine is the amino acid that is found in the highest amounts in the human body. It represents 60% of all amino acids in skeletal muscle and about 20% of total circulating amino acids. BCAA amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) make up about 33% of total muscle protein. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, which contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Recommended Dosage:

• Take 6 capsules daily approximately 30-60 minutes before physical activity. 30-30 minutes before 30-30 minutes of exercise, 30 minutes before 30-30 minutes of exercise.
