^GreenDay® Cod Liver Oil is cod liver oil in the form of soft gelatin capsules as a dietary supplement. It is a source of omega 3 fatty acids enriched naturally with vitamin A and D.

EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) contribute to normal heart function. A beneficial effect can be achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.

Vitamin A:

• Contributes to the maintenance of normal skin condition
• contributes to the maintenance of normal eyesight
• contributes to the normal function of the immune system
• contributes to the process of cell specialisation

Vitamin D:

• Contributes to the maintenance of normal bone health
• contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function

• contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system
• contributes to the process of cell division

Recommended dosage:

• Take 1 to 2 capsules daily preferably with meals. Take 1 capsule with 2 capsules, 1 tablespoon per serving, with sufficient water.
