Recommended Dosage:

• Mix 1 scoop (25 g) of Amix™ Clear Whey Hydrolysate with 250 ml of cold water. Use a blender or shaker and stir for 30 seconds. Take 1-3 servings daily between meals, depending on your daily protein requirements. A scoop may be sprinkled with product in the container.
