Calcium-Magnesium - our bodies contain large amounts of calcium and magnesium, mainly in our bones, from where we draw it when needed. A daily supply of calcium and magnesium is essential for strengthening bone and dental health, preventing muscle cramps and for the proper functioning of the nervous system, among other functions.

Playing sports regularly increases the need for calcium and magnesium intake. If you have a poor diet or cannot ensure adequate intake for other reasons, use a calcium and magnesium supplement. Calcium-Magnesium is a quality form containing these ingredients in the ideal ratio. One dose of Calcium-Magnesium contains 500 mg of calcium and 250 mg of magnesium.

Recommended dosage:

• Adults 1 tbl daily with food
