^OptiMSM® has properties primarily related to the functioning of the musculoskeletal system. The key ingredient here is organic sulphur (34% of the total content). This element is the fourth most abundant mineral in the body. It is an essential component of joints, tendons, ligaments and other connective tissues. OptiMSM® is an ultra-pure, pharmaceutical-grade organic sulfur from Bergström Nutrition - a product backed by numerous pre-clinical and clinical studies guaranteeing its purity and effectiveness.

Organic sulfur has properties related to recovery and reduction of fatigue after exercise in both the short and long term. Its properties are related to the alleviation of undesirable processes occurring during intense exertion as well as the effects of age.
