Jeden z najdôležitejších vitamínov pre správne a silné fungovanie našej imunity a celkovej obranyschopnosti nášho tela… Každá jedna bunka v tele komunikuje s týmto vitamínom… Kvalitné déčko do ktorého pridali e.p. olivový olej ? aby vstrebanie bolo ešte lepšie… D3 by som odporučil každému jednému či už mladším alebo starším nakoľko váčšina ľudí má deficit tohoto vitamínu v krvi… Samozrejme užívať výhradne s jedlom ktoré obsahuje tuky… ?? Po dlhodobom dennom užívaní (aspoň 1 rok) by som odporučil odmerať hladinu déčka v krvi. Ak bude hladina dostatočne vysoká stačí užívať obdeň.
