GreenDay® B-Complex LIFE+ contains the unique raw material Lalmin® B-complex, which is derived from dried yeast cells (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) that contain increased amounts of B vitamins such as Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Pyridoxine, Pantothenic Acid, Folic Acid, Biotin and Cobalamin.
Recommended Dosage:
- Take 1 capsule daily with meals. Take 1 capsule with 1 tablespoon of milk with a daily dose of 1 tablespoon of water.
Warning. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not intended for use as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.
