The deep freeze-dried fruit at very low pressure retains maximum vitamins, minerals and other nutritional substances, plus it tastes and smells like fresh fruit, so you can enjoy raspberries scented with summer sun all year round.

The 100 g Wolfberry raspberries are not sweetened or flavoured and can be eaten directly instead of various crisps, biscuits and sweets, but are also excellent in yoghurt, morning cereals, porridge, muesli or teas and smoothies. Bakers and confectioners will appreciate that if dried raspberries are soaked in water or alcohol, they can then be added to their recipes instead of fresh raspberries.
