We make it from whole and beautifully sized cashews, not from fractions as is the norm. This makes the batch of nuts evenly roasted and at the same time free of dust particles and other impurities. Moreover, we take care with the roasting itself and without hurry we tune their taste and colour... And of course we do without any unnecessary things in the composition. Cashews, rich in healthy fats, are imported from either Vietnam or the Ivory Coast, and are always from the freshest harvest. These are all variables that make our cashew butter a real treat. Great sweet and salty.
