Uses:

• side dish - rice can be used as a side dish for sauces
• risotto - in the classic way, you can mix rice with vegetables and spices of your choice
• fried rice - after cooking, you can fry the rice in a large amount of oil together with the vegetables for about 2 minutes, finally add the beaten eggs and fry briefly, just season with spices
• filling - layer the grated apples in a greased baking dish alternately with the cooked rice, sprinkle the layers with nuts, cinnamon and possibly sugar, bake briefly in the oven

Jasmine rice originally comes from the north of Thailand. But today it is also grown in Laos, Vietnam and even Italy. It got its name because of its floral scent, which reminds some people of jasmine, and because of its white colour. This specific scent is naturally produced in rice. When cooked, the rice is plump, sticky and slightly sweet.
