It doesn't take much to make an honest tahini paste with a subtle nutty flavour, quite the opposite. We keep our hands off all the unnecessary ingredients and use only high quality shelled sesame seeds for production. These are gently roasted to give them a more pronounced flavour and then finely ground. The paste is rich in healthy fats, fibre and protein and you really won't get bored in the kitchen, especially if you're a fan of the flavours of the Orient. Besides, if you mix it with a spoonful of honey, it will elegantly scare away the untamed sweet tooth.
Please note: Store in a dry place, protect from sunlight. Use within 30 days of opening. Oil on the surface is a natural occurrence, stir before consuming. Stiff consistency and white crystals are a natural occurrence at lower temperatures. It is recommended to leave at room temperature before consumption.
