The base of the instant mix consists of gluten-free oat flakes and fine almond flour, and the taste really shows. Thanks to the high protein content, you don't have to worry about your stomach growling soon after breakfast. Just mix the mixture with milk or water, whisk and prepare it in a pan with a little ghee.
