Storage:
- Thanks to our patented CTP (Continuous Thermal Process) technology, our meals—free of preservatives, artificial colors, and flavor enhancers—last up to 10 years at room temperature.
- CTP maintains the meal’s temperature above 70 °C from the start of cooking. After cooking, the meal is placed in a hermetically sealed barrier pouch. It is then sterilized through shock heating followed by rapid cooling.
