Mr. Popper's® Gluten Free Oat Flakes are gluten free oatflakes straight from Ireland. The flakes are created using a special certified Closed Loop Gluten Free Oat Supply Chain Process Oat Secure™, which ensures the flakes are gluten free. Beta-glucans contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is achieved when 3 g of beta-glucans from oats, oat bran, barley, barley bran, or a blend of these beta-glucans are consumed.
