Native micellar casein

Is a protein isolated directly from skim milk, completely without disturbing the natural micellar structure. It is characterized by slower digestion kinetics and longer amino acid availability compared to faster whey sources.

Slow release of amino acids

The micellar form forms a natural gel structure in the digestive tract that slows the passage and absorption of amino acids. This ensures not only excellent protein availability, but above all a gradual and continuous availability of amino acids without fluctuations. This is especially advantageous during periods of caloric deficit, when we want to maximize the protection of muscle mass.

L-Glutamine

Micellar casein is a natural source of glutamic acid. In our recipe, it is also supplemented with free L-glutamine. Since the product is often taken before bedtime, the addition of free glutamine makes clear physiological sense.

When to use PURE MICELLAR

It is particularly useful in the evening before bed, during longer breaks between meals or in combination with whey protein after training. The reason for this is the slower digestion kinetics and thus longer availability of amino acids over time.

We strictly reject caseinates, gelatin, thickeners and soy derivatives in the recipe. Each serving offers more than 30 g of protein, rich in all proteinogenic amino acids.

Recommended daily dosage of Prom-in Pure Micellar:

• 1 serving = 40 g. Take ideally in the evening before bed or at any time during the day to replenish slow-release protein.
• Directions for preparation: mix 40 g (2 aligned scoops) in 200-300 ml still water in a shaker.
