Optimal Vegan Protein is a premium organic blend of two plant-based proteins - whole grain rice and pea. The rice protein is highly digestible and absorbable, and has a near-perfect amino acid spectrum. One amino acid, however, remains low - lysine, which is abundant in pea protein. The combination of these two proteins therefore gives a complex amino acid spectrum where all the BCAAs and other amino acids are abundant.

The advantage of this protein is its perfect digestibility and gentle absorption with respect to the digestive tract.
