Roman bench or hyperextension MARBO Sport MH-L116 2.0 is used for intensive strengthening of the back and buttock muscles. The backrest can be adjusted to 5 positions ranging from 96 - 114 cm and the leg stops have 2 positions. The bench can therefore be adjusted to your exact needs. The handrails make it easy to quickly lie down in the correct position.

The bench can be folded very easily by loosening a single screw. By exercising on the hyperextension you prevent, among other things, back pain caused by flaccid muscles of the lumbar spine. The MARBO MH-L116 2.0 bench is made of a 40 x 40 mm steel profile, thanks to which it has a load capacity of up to 120 kilograms. The bench can be easily assembled and at the same time guarantees stability during exercise.
