Plyometric box HMS DSC03 is a box designed for fitness training. Box is an integral part of every fitness center, a tool for professional athletes or even athletes. It is made of 18 mm plywood and has dimensions 50 x 40 x 30 cm.
The individual walls have cut-outs and fit together like a "puzzle" when the box is folded. The cut-outs make assembly easier and help to better distribute the load during the rebound, thus extending the life of the cabinet.
The surface of the box is coated with a special coating that prevents the shoe from slipping and can also be easily cleaned. There are holes on the two opposite walls for easy carrying.
