The HMS ZP6591 rowing machine is equipped with an air resistance system. It is basically a paddle wheel ("fan") that is connected to the handle by a gear. During the rotation of the "fan", the air puts resistance to the blades and thus a load is generated which increases depending on the speed.
The rowing machine is an ideal tool for complex endurance training (cardio), improving the performance of the cardiovascular system, helping to burn fat and increase the body's ability to absorb oxygen. The movement during the rower exercise engages 84% of the muscles in the body. The ZP6591 is equipped with transport wheels for easy movement and a space-saving folding rail.
